6 November 2009:  3^rd Company, 3^rd Battalion, under Captain Nave, along with a smaller detachment of Space Marine allies, overcame another cowardly Tau rear guard force, which feebly resisted the relentless Imperial advance from the shelter of a wood.  Our brave troops advanced to meet the enemy who did not dare to fight us face to face but remained within their vehicles and battle suits.  Everyone knows that only the most cowardly and inept of the Tau warriors fight from within battle suits, and this was evident when a number of them injured themselves while jumping around fearfully within the trees that they sheltered in.  As a crowning example of the ineptitude of the Tau, their commander, within a battle suit, foolishly attempted to destroy a Space Marine vehicle and was crushed beneath its treads!  Though the Tau managed to slow down the Imperial advance in our sector, they are everywhere else crumbling quickly thanks to our Regiment's aggressive actions which draw the bulk of their forces away from other sectors.  Intelligence indicates that many Imperial units, including the Uradelns, are less than a week away from surrounding the capital city where the vast majority of Tau forces are holed up like rats!  “Beware the Alien, the Mutant, the Heretic”
