5 and 6 February 2010: Opening actions on Planet Zarevok

5 and 6 February 2010:  The Uradeln 21^st Regiment has completed its Warp journey and landed on the troubled planet of Zarevok, which is plagued by raiding bands of Xenos and Chaos Space Marines.  We won a glorious victory on our very first day planet side: Captain Ratliff and his Bravo Company, 1^st Battalion, obliterated a roving Eldar war band, which consisted of flimsy tanks, fragile jet bikes, and fainthearted troops.  Demonstrating their extreme cravenness, Eldar troops refused to exit their immobilized vehicles, fearing close combat with Men.  Once the rest of the Eldar rabble was smashed and scattered, we took these skulkers prisoner but promptly executed them out of disgust.  These foul xenos were not worth the air they breathed.  “Cowards Die in Shame!”

The next day in the city of Kraxon, Charlie Company, 2^nd Battalion, led personally by Colonel Sir Zeller and supported by elements of Captain Caine's 1^st Company, 3^rd Battalion, of the 13^th Palathion Regiment, dispersed and chased away a large marauding band of Chaos Space Marines.  We inflicted heavy casualties on the Enemy and blew up one tank, immobilized another, killed a dreadnought, and slew an enemy commander.  Colonel Sir Zeller and Captain Caine fought gallantly in close combat against the Heretics and Colonel Zeller was wounded.  Our combined Imperial forces withstood moderate casualties, though each man sold his life dearly by butchering heretics.  After we ground the Chaos Marines to a halt, the craven foe fled the city, thus showing their true colors.  Kraxon now lies firmly in Imperial hands!  “Crush the unholy in all of their many guises.”
