21 May 2010:  A small scouting party of Zarevoki natives failed to return from a mission north of the Chenendoa Valley and their corpses were later recovered by our forces.  It would appear that they put up a good fight against Chaos Space Marine raiders and monstrous Tyranid creatures.  The Chaos Marines landed their drop pod in a river, deploying right next to our scouts and using flamethrowers and other heavy weapons against them.  They also had a dreadnought, which bore claw marks from the Tyranids, who apparently decided to join in the fray in order to eat people.  The sick xenos freaks!  The Zarevoki must have managed to slay the xenos, blow up the Chaos dreadnought, and kill almost all of the Chaos Marines.  We followed the footprints of the lone Chaos Marine survivor further north. 

Later, a squad of Uradeln Sturmtruppen were deployed to kill the traitor marine, but they were scattered far and wide in the airborne drop and fell victim to friendly fire from an isolated squad of jumpy Palathion guardsmen, to which they lost half their number.  There were also Tau present, though the cowards were using stealth suits.  The lone traitor marine must have called in reinforcements because five Chaos Terminators teleported into the area of operations.  Madness ensued and the lone survivor from the Sturmtruppen squad reported seeing several Tau corpses, four Chaos Terminator corpses, and he said that the isolated Palathion squad was decimated.

On the bright side, our Super-Heavy Tank arrived on 20 May from the Mars!  It is a Hellhammer variant with insane firepower, bristling with weaponry!  “Cleanse, Purge, Kill!”
