25 September 2009: Much of 2nd Company, 3rd Battalion has been annihilated by Eldar of the Alaitoc Craft world. Captain Patrick Johnson fled the battlefield and has been executed for cowardice. To their credit, the men of 2nd Company fought to the last, inflicting severe casualties on the Eldar, even though their own Captain failed them and the xenos filth used sorceries and arcane technology to give their side an unfair advantage. Intelligence indicates that the Alaitoc Eldar have come to planet Aurignac to assist the Drache-Uten Eldar in recovering the pretty stones which we captured on 12 September. Colonel Sir Zeller is now keeping the stones safe and vows to annihilate the Alaitoc Eldar. “No man that died in the Emperor's service died in vain”
