4 December 2009:  1^st Company, 1^st Battalion under the recently promoted Captain Kleinsorge encountered Traitor Marines defiling the ruined city of Merideth with their presence.  The Uradelns counter-attacked the Heretics, whose tanks heavily outnumbered ours.  With clever use of our infantry, heavy weapons, tanks, and gunships, our courageous Guardsmen eradicated nearly all of the Traitors' tanks and halted their infantry advance.  This done, the Heretics are now trapped within the ruins of Merideth by Imperial forces.  Defecting Cultists, having been interrogated by the Uradelns before being handed over to the Inquisition, have revealed in their nonsensical ramblings that the Heretics seek certain arcane objectives here.  They shall never succeed!  “This is the Judgment of the Righteous, Scum!”
