11 to 12 December 2009:  Two survivors, one from a tank crew, the other from a Lascannon crew, managed to bring news of 2^nd Company, 3^rd Battalion's demise.  The popular Captain Dokos was slain, along with his depleted Company, as Chaos Space Marines insidiously dropped in among them from orbit and teleported in Chaos Terminators.  Our men bravely fought back and killed many of the Terminators, inflicting heavy casualties against the Heretics.  The four Eldar prisoners that we captured on 21 November have been lost to the Traitor Marines, which should have been handed over to the Ordo Xenos for interrogation.  The next day, a small detachment of Space Marine allies accompanied 3^rd Company, 3^rd Battalion, under Captain Nave, in hunting down the Chaos Marines.  We captured Cultists from the Traitor Legion, “Iron Warriors,” and interrogated them.  Upon discovering the location of the Iron Warriors, we attacked, destroying their three tanks, inflicting severe casualties upon them, and chasing the remainder of the Heretics away.  We suffered heavy casualties ourselves but other Imperial units continue to eradicate the Chaos presence from planet Aurignac.  Meanwhile, Imperial artillery continues to shell the capital city of Thursee, where the craven Tau of the Sha'kel sept cower behind their shield like rats.  “Blessed is the mind too small for doubt.”
